Abstract Background Many nasal pathological findings have been described with antrochoanal polyp (ACP). We aimed in this study to assess the prevalence of adenoid hypertrophy among children presented ACP and evaluate efficacy concomitant adenoidectomy on outcome endoscopic removal lesion. Results Forty-three were included study. Preoperative endoscopy computed tomography performed for all patients. Endoscopic sinus surgery (ESS) widening maxillary ostium was used Associated pathology recorded managed accordingly. The patients followed up at least 3 years postoperatively. Coexistent detected 39 (90.7%); found be commonest lesion (83.7%). Adenoidectomy during ESS those who had hypertrophy. Postoperatively, no developed regrowth; however, recurrence five (11.6%). Conclusion Adenoid is a common finding ACP. an effective procedure has favorable outcome.
